Upon receiving your payment Elizabeth will contact you to schedule sessions and you will receive a password to log in to the forms on the on the client resources page and receive a packet of forms to get started. Please fill out each of the forms online prior to our first session.

1 fifteen-thirty minute session

Foundation Coaching The first meeting for all new coaching clients. A dynamic in-depth session following completion of intake forms that builds the foundation for our work and clarifies values, priorities, goals and agenda. 1 ninety minute session		$300
Individual Monthly Coaching 3 forty- five minute sessions		$400
Individual Monthly Coaching 2 forty-five minute sessions		$300
Completion Session When a decision has been made for coaching to come to a close we will take time to fully celebrate YOU. We will acknowledge your growth and accomplishments and create a powerful and compelling vision for your future including ongoing strategies, goals, & support. 1 sixty minute session		$200
Beyond Coaching Session Clients who have completed coaching and wish to come back on a per session basis can schedule an hour long session as needed. These sessions are a great way to explore and create new possibilities, re-align your values, vision & purpose with your life, breakthrough challenges, gain clarity, and have the ongoing support of your coach at any time. Use the weekly check in form prior to the session and Contact Elizabeth to schedule your time. 1 hour session		$200

Coaching For Coaches enrolled in CTI Certification Training Program 3 forty- five minute sessions monthly		$350

scholarships

Elizabeth maintains 2 scholarship openings in her practice for highly motivated individual clients who would benefit from coaching at a reduced fee.
